Firma se zabývá ohýbáním drátů o průměru 1 - 10 mm na CNC ohýbačkách. Jedna se o hromadnou výrobu. Strojní park tvoří 30 CNC ohýbaček, svařovací roboti a apod. Mají potíže s produktivitou výroby. Nepoznají, zda  stroj stoji či vyrábí. Poznají to až z málo vyrobených kusů po směně. Proto je jejich záměr následující. V prvním kroku sledovat, zda stroje jedou-nejedou. V druhém kroku porovnávat reálnou produkci s plány výroby a ve třetím kroku implementovat prediktivní údržbu. Firma používá ERP Helios Orange. Výstupem, je zpráva která obsahuje popis možných řešení.

Description in English
The company is engaged in the bending of wires with a diameter of 1 - 10 mm on CNC bending machines. This is a mass production. The machine park consists of 30 CNC bending machines, welding robots and the like. They have difficulty producing production. They do not know whether the machine is standing or producing. They know it from a few pieces made after the shift. Therefore, their intention is the following. In the first step, keep an eye on whether the machines are driving or not. In the second step, compare real production with production plans and implement predictive maintenance in the third step. The company uses ERP Helios Orange. The output is a message that contains a description of possible solutions.
