On the project

Projektem "Komunikační infrastruktura pro bateriově napájená zařízení" chceme navázat na výzkumné i ekonomické úspěchy dosažené v oblasti bezdrátových sítí.

Description in English
The Project 'Communication Infrastructure for battery powered devices' aims to build on the research and economic results achieved in the field of wireless networks. The goal of the Project is to develop a new technology that enables easy connection of any device to IoT network through the mesh communication infrastructure. The technical objective is to combine the advantages of star topologies, namely, low response times and low power consumption, and mesh topology, which bring a significant increase in robustness and reliability through routing and redundancy. The Project aims to enable any device to connect economically to IoT network everywhere it is necessary and secure the transmission of a small amount of data reliably, safely and with low energy demands. Typically it means such a data as telemetric information from the sensors to the storage, or the control data into the system. Currently available technologies fail for different reasons and do not provide solutions adequate to current application needs. (for details see Project description). Furthermore, the Project aims to introduce local asynchronity support, which will not only simplify the SW application, but will also lead to the order less reduction of the energy consumption compared to the current state.
