On the project
Electrically detected magnetic resonance (EDMR) is a sensitive and powerful technique for determination of crucial intrinsic properties of semiconductive materials like density and mobility of charge carriers, conductivity. We have the opportunity to improve the primary method of EDMR spectroscopy by building a setup based on the terahertz EPR spectrometer located in CEITEC BUT, which can operate at frequencies up to 1.1 THz and external magnetic fields up to 16 T.
