On the project

The development of muscle-skeletal structures at vertebrates is still not fully understood. To understand this complex process, the advanced technical level is required. By using X-ray computed tomography (CT), non-destructive 3D imaging can be utilised with high resolution within the context of developing structures. This aspect puts CT method as one of the best suitable techniques for imaging of soft tissues at vertebrates. This project aims to build a bridge between material and life sciences, which is the critical condition for cutting-edge discoveries.
