On the project
The main goals of the project are to develop method for contactless, non-destructive temperature measurement of vitrivied samples and design a MEMS based gripper for manipulation of vitrified samples at micrometric scale in an electron microscope chamber. Outputs of this project should significantly improve sample prepaparation process for cry-tomography and related procedures.
