On the project
RESHeat delivers an advanced 100% RES system on combined cooling, heating, and power (CCHP), including seasonal underground energy storage. The used technologies include combined thermal-PV solar panels, heat pumps and energy storage. RESHeat system enables to: • The use of solar energy as a primary renewable energy source, • Produce heat and electricity by using PV-T (Photovoltaic – Thermal) panels, • Seasonal underground heat storage in the system, • Deliver the heating and cooling to the building through the heat pump, • Deliver the electrical energy to the building through PV The proposed solutions aim to achieve high annual COP above 5. Innovative technology improvements are introduced for reusing waste heat for restoring the ground heating capacity. The main objective of the project is to increase the TRL of the technology solutions from 7 to 8.
