Cílem projektu je navrhnout funkční systém, který bude sloužit ke stanovení vazby mezi dopravním proudem a chováním mostní konstrukce. Tento systém zahrnuje následující části: subsystém párování dat mezi dvěma oddělenými systémy, subsystém trasování pohybu vozidel po mostní konstrukci a subsystém vysokorychlostního vážení (WIM) s přímým synchronním zapracováním výstupů senzorů mostní konstrukce. Získané výstupy z těchto subsystémů zpracuje navržený vyhodnocovací software, který bude zahrnovat prvky neuronových sítí a prvky strojového učení. Pro posílení uplatnitelnosti v praxi bude vytvořena metodika pro postupy monitorování a vyhodnocení chování mostu s využitím systému WIM a pro zavádění obdobných systémů do provozu.

Description in English
The aim of the project is to develop functional system, which will be intended to determine relation between traffic flow and behavior of bridge constructrion. The system includes following subsystems: Subsystem data matching between two separate systems, subsystem tracking of position on bridge construction and Weigh in motion (WIM) subsystem with direct synchronous bridge construction sensors' output processing. Extracted data from mentioned systems will be processed in the developed software which will include elements of neural networks and elements of machine learning. In order to support the application in practice the methodology for monitoring and evaluation of bridge behaviour with WIM usage will be created. Starting the analogical systems in operation will be included.
