Cílem projektu je inovace a získání zkušeností s konstrukcí a provozem systému vážení za jízdy WIM (Weigh-in-Motion) pro export se zaměřením zejména na prostředí Latinské Ameriky a vývoj SW modulů nutných pro vstup na tento trh. Tato inovace zahrnuje vývoj a implementaci klasifikace vozidel, detekce překročení váhových limitů, adaptaci systému čtení registračních značek (LPR), adaptaci systému vizuální klasifikace (MMR) a integraci komunikačního protokolu, jako je NTCIP (National Transportation Communications for ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems Protocol). Cílem projektu je tedy WIM systém adaptovaný na nové trhy ve formě funkčního vzorku a příslušný software pro provoz takového systému.

Description in English
The aim of the project is to innovate and gain experience with the design and operation of a WIM (Weigh-in-Motion) system for export, focusing mainly on the Latin American environment and the development of SW modules necessary to enter this market. This innovation includes the development and implementation of vehicle classification, weight limit detection, adaptation of the registration plate reading system (LPR), adaptation of the visual classification system (MMR) and integration of a communication protocol such as NTCIP (National Transportation Communications) for ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems Protocol ). The aim of the project is therefore a WIM system adapted to new markets in the form of a functional sample and appropriate software for the operation of such a system.
