On the project
To acquire a statistically meaningful analysis in biological research and medical diagnosis, high-throughput imaging is needed. The project addresses this need by combining incoherent imaging properties of the coherence-controlled holographic microscope with synthetic aperture approach. The proposed method provides high-resolution, large field of view and a long working distance at the same time by overcoming the diffraction limit of low numerical aperture objectives to reach super-resolved imaging.
