On the project

Projekt se zaměřuje na současný stav vědeckého poznání v oblasti organizační kultury a digitální transformace v organizacích s cílem identifikovat vliv pandemie COVID-19. Technologická transformace v podobě vyspělých technologií znamená zásadní ovlivnění procesů v podniku. Významné zásahy do pracovního prostředí vyžadují, aby byla organizační kultura upravena a přizpůsobena novým podmínkám současné reality. Cílem projektu je tyto žádoucí změny identifikovat a popsat.
