Projekt řeší AI vytěžování dat ve forenzní praxi. Nabídne SW platformu pro detekci objektů zájmu na základě komplexních prostoro-časových vztahů s atributy objektů a indexovaných vzájemných vztahů. Umožní trénování AI metod přímo v prostředí Policie ČR pomocí AI postupů semiautomatického a weakly supervised" učení a zapojení koncového uživatele. Navržené postupy zohlední nedostatek trénovacích dat. Součástí bude rozhraní pro zadávání dotazů a vyhodnocování odpovědí odpovídající potřebám forenzní praxe. Platforma umožní evaluaci efektivity vzhledem k omezením z praxe. Vývoj proběhne třífázově s uživatelskou zpětnou vazbou. Vznikne sada testovacích videosekvencí podle uživatelských scénářů a výzkumná zpráva adresující aspektů použití AI metod z pohledu etiky, právního rámce a lidských práv.

The project addresses AI forensic data mining - an SW platform for the detection of objects of interest based on complex spatio-temporal relationships with object attributes and indexed relationships. It will enable AI training directly in the forensic environment using semi-automatic and weakly supervised learning. The lack of training data will be considered. An interface for querying and evaluating answers corresponding to the needs of forensic practice will be included. The platform will allow the evaluation of effectiveness with respect to practical limitations. The development will be based on user feedback. Set of test videosequences according to user scenarios and a research report addressing the ethics, legal framework and human rights issues of AI use will be created
