Cílem programového projektu je návrh, realizace a ověření pokročilého systému tepelného návrhu rozváděčů vn a jeho implementace pro vývoj nové produktové řady rozvaděčů vn do 17,5 kV a jmenovitý proud 5000A.
Description in English
Aim of the project is to develop and verify advanced numeric method for designing of the medium voltage (MV) switchgear (SWGR), validation of this method on new switchgear product line up to 17,5kV/ 5000 A.
Successful realization is based on partial outputs of the project which are expected:
• Analysis and verification of the temperature field monitoring inside the MV SWGR up to 17,5 kV via sim. tools
• Setting of the physical models for analysis of the key parameters of the real products
• Identification of the critical places via simulations and measurement of the real data
• Mitigation of the critical places via verified methods and analyzing of the physical models
• Building of the prototypes of the new product line - 17,5kV/4000A natural cooling and 17,5kV/5000A forced cooling
