Projekt se zaměřuje na digitální transformaci podnikových procesů v souladu s rozvojem organizací a evropským cílem učinit organizace odolnějšími a konkurenceschopnějšími. Organizační kultura je nedílnou součástí firem a má zásadní vliv na úspěšnost implementace digitálních nástrojů. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat vliv organizační kultury na proces digitální transformace a navrhnout rámec pro podporu projektů digitální transformace s ohledem na organizační kulturu.
