1. Research into the substitutability of the AMPCOLOY 940 material with the new ALBROMET W130 material, the acquisition price of which is lower and the mechanical parameters are comparable. 2. Optimization of machine parameter settings for wire electrical discharge machining of ALBROMET W130 material in order to meet two sub-objectives: - to achieve the required special texture of the machined surface classified by VDI 3402Blatt4: Application of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Class 33, - reduction of machine times required for production parts and thus streamline the production and reduce the energy intensity of the process.
