The proposed project is focused on the study of hydrogel systems with internal architecture. This project seeks to link the experience of working with hydrogels in both workplaces. The BioKol group from FCH BUT has considerable experience with the preparation of such materials (physical, chemical crosslinking), and characterization (rheology, SEM, AFM, etc.). These options are complemented by the Austrian side of JKU. Their expertise in material synthesis and advanced instrumentation (Raman rheo, DLS, etc.) complement the options possible at FCH BUT. Sharing of experience will take place through internships for doctoral students, who thanks to AKTION program, will have an opportunity to gain experience from a foreign university.

Předkládaný projekt se zaměřuje na studium hydrogelových systémů s vnitřní architekturou. Tento projekt se snaží propojit zkušenosti z práce s hydrogely obou pracovišť. Skupina BioKol z FCH VUT má značné zkušenosti s přípravou těchto materiálů (fyzikální, chemické síťování) a charakterizací (reologie, SEM, AFM, atd.). Tyto možnosti doplňuje rakouská strana z JKU. Jejich odborné znalosti v oblasti syntézy materiálů a pokročilé instrumentace (Raman rheo, DLS, atd.) doplňují možnosti na FCH VUT. Výměna zkušeností bude probíhat formou stáží pro doktorandy, kteří díky AKTION programu budou mít možnost získat zkušenosti ze zahraniční univerzity.
