The ambition of CLiCAM project is to cultivate participating talented researchers (ERA Talents) into leaders that will make innovation happen through intersectoral collaboration. Innovation leadership provided by ERA talents shall, in combination with boosted R&I capacity, transform participating research performing organisations from widening countries into innovation beacons turning basic research into sustainable prosperity in fields of coatings and additive manufacturing. The intersectoral secondments (all for the benefit of widening countries) are the most important element in the consortium strategy for boosting interoperability of careers and employability of involved innovation talents across sectors. The CLiCAM project proposal brings together partners with a track record of excellence of four academic institutions of widening countries (SK: coordinator Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín: Centre for Functional and Surface Functionalized Glass, CZ: Brno University of Technology: CEITEC and Institute of Plasma Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, PL: Wroclaw University of Science and Technology: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and seven industrial companies (Lithoz GmbH - AT, Treibacher Industrie AG - AT, Interpane Entwicklungs-und Beratungsge – DE, ATM Qness GmbH – DE, 3D Center Sp. Z o.o. – PL, Ouest Coating – FR, Castolin Sp. Z o.o. – PL)
