On the project

Barium titanate is an electroceramic material with dielectric and ferroelectric properties. These properties are influenced by phase transformation, are complex and sensitive to synthesis methods, and are often triggered upon post-annealing, which is a crucial step after low temperature synthesis to improve the density and remove the impurities. Thus, in this project, the In-situ TEM heating analysis is used to understand and corelate the structural evolution with the electrical properties of doped BaTiO3 fabricated by cold sintering process.
