On the project

Dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) became a powerful method for enhancing sensitivity of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. The suitable polarizing agent (PA) is a crucial parameter for obtaining high DNP enhancements. This project sets the target to introduce new, more efficient, and adaptive polarizing agents for DNP. The adaptiveness opens a pathway for novel portfolio of PAs since the DNP enhancement can be finely tuned. This new approach enables the investigation of biomolecules that cannot be currently studied by conventional NMR.
