On the project
Projekt se zabývá aplikací TENG senzoru na cévní protézu:
Description in English
The aim of the project is to develop a system for telemetric monitoring and measurement of blood flow through vascular prosthesis used in vascular surgery for the treatment of vascular diseases. Through research and development, VUP Medical aims to enable the patient and the attending physician to identify and respond to possible health complications after surgery in a timely manner. The resulting product will also allow to follow modern trends in medicine consisting in remote monitoring of the medical device.
The project will result in the following:
- Vascular prostheses enabling the measurement of blood flow in the patient's body,
- A reading device for collecting measured data for home use by the patient,
- A software platform for collecting and processing the data.
