On the project

Description in English
It is the objective of the project to improve the existing and create new physical and mathematical models whose solution will provide new knowledge of the composition and thermodynamic properties of the quenching medium in high current arc and interaction (around current zero) intervals of the circuit-breaking process in gas-blast HV circuit breakers. In the high current are, when the local thermodynamic equilibrium is assumed, the solution of project will be concentrated in computation of the composition and thermodynamic properties of the heterogeneous system of reaction products of sulphur hexafluoride with the circuit breaker material (copper, carbon, tungsten). The kinetics of reactions in sulphur hexafluoride will be investigated in the interaction interval ,from both the point of.. view of physic(choice of reactions, reactions rate constants) and the point of view of applying the numerical method of solving the mathematical model of kinetics ("stiff" system of non-linear ordinary differenti
