This call for tenders implementing the Digital Europe programme (DIGITAL) in the field of language technologies is to achieve three specific goals:1. facilitate uptake by SMEs, NGOs, public administration, and academia of European machine translation services for websites;2. support the creation of open source European language speech recognition solutions;3. carry out market studies on language technologies and widely disseminate their results in order to foster the take-up of language technologies in Europe.This call for tenders covers: creating and promoting a set of ready-to-use open-source automated website translation solutions, creating an open-source basic speech recognition prototype solution, as well as conducting market research on language technologies and disseminating their results widely.

Tato výzva k podávání nabídek implementující program Digitální Evropa (DIGITAL) v oblasti jazykových technologií má dosáhnout tří konkrétních cílů:1. usnadnit malým a středním podnikům, nevládním organizacím, veřejné správě a akademické obci využívání evropských služeb strojového překladu webových stránek;2. podporovat vytváření open source řešení pro rozpoznávání řeči v evropském jazyce;3. provádět tržní studie o jazykových technologiích a široce šířit jejich výsledky s cílem podpořit zavádění jazykových technologií v Evropě. Tato výzva k předkládání nabídek zahrnuje: vytvoření a propagaci sady otevřených automatizovaných řešení pro překlad webových stránek připravených k použití , vytvoření open source základního prototypového řešení pro rozpoznávání řeči, stejně jako provádění průzkumu trhu jazykových technologií a široké šíření jejich výsledků.
