On the project

Description in English
The aim of the project is further development of carrier ampholytes free isoelectric focusing as a tool for the analysis of peptides and proteins and another ampholytes from complex biological mixtures, in the pH region far away from neutrality, withoutdenaturation of separated compounds and with possibility of trapping minor components in the low concentration up to 10-9 mole/l. Suggested method enables isoelectric micropreparation of substances in 100 g quantities from the sample, where such a substance is in concentration 1 mg/kg. A part of the project is theoretical description of the method, determination of its limits, development of a necessary equipment, experimental verification of the method on practical samples and comparison of the resultswith similar electrophoretic methods if such a comparison can be done.
