Description in EnglishProposed project deals with analysis and design of smart pressure analyzer based on piezoresistive sensor including electronic circuitry for subsequent conditioning of sensor signals. Main research focuses first of all to the research and development ofnew integrated methods for pressure measurement and subsequent processing of signals including temperature and time influence compensation, calibration and self diagnosis of the circuits and correction of frequency response. Based on new theoretical pieces of knowledge and experimental results there will be designed final shapes, dimensions and types of sensors and conditioning electronic circuits. For sample manufacturing of selected circuits (eg. with current supply and output current 4 to 20 mA) theAMS 12 or 0.8 m CMOS or BiCMOS technology will be applied. Samples will be manufactured in IMEC in Belgium in the frame of EUROPRACTICE program. Simulation and verification of circuits will be performed using HSpice software tool. Final stage, topolo
