On the project

Description in English
The degree of participation in the business and public affairs of women in the Czech republic has recently been the topic of numerous discussions in this country but also abroad. It is necessary to point out these unused opportunities and to encourage women in their self employment activities. However, there seem to be a number of barriers inherent in the economic life of society. This project follows two lines of action1Using research results to help explain that although the women's approach to dealing with business affairs is basically different from men's, it is by no means less valuable or less suitable and that women should not feel handicapped in this respect.2.Contributing to a practical solution of the involvement of women both in the privateand public business sector. We would like to make our contribution to helping those Czech women who wish to fulfil themselves in the private business or in civil service so that they do not "remain in the doorway ".
