Description in English
The project concerns of the completing of the laboratory for research of advanced ceramic composite materials for medical, electrochemical and engineering applications at Brno University of Technology. The project suppose the laboratory to be the basis for settig up the research association for basic and applied research of advanced ceramic materials. Basic research of the laboratory will be focused to the synthesis of ceramic powders for powder injection moulding and to the synthesis of ceramic precursors. The research of ceramic powder injection moulding, sol-gel methods and the study of the properties of ceramic materials is planned. Applied research will be focused to the development of new orthopaedic and dental implants, ceramic materials for catalysis, superionic conductive ceramics and engineering ceramics.
