On the project

Description in English
The project is aimed at the deposition methods of the functional molecular materials suitable for prospective electronic devices by vacuum and plasmochemical methods and their electron structure characterization by the spectroscopic methods based on theexistence of the space-charge, transient photo - conductivity and electron spectroscopies.Besides, transport processes of charge-carriers and excitations will be studied in steady-state and transient regimes. The leading idea of the research is to elucidate the gradual transition of originally 1D to 3D covalently bonded systems and concomitant changes of both electron structure and transport.
