This article describes importance of customer services for companies. The first part is specialised in search for right meaning of the key article word Customer Services. For example, it means: what customer services are, which characteristics they have or what does the quality of service mean.The second part deals with the influence of customer services on companies and their customers. The customer services are one of the most important competitive advantages for companies in recent years. For each company that wants to have a good long lasting relationship with its customers, it is essential to have much information about markets, customers and their needs and wishes. The customer services should respond to needs and wishes of company customers. Finally, customers are more sophisticated and need much information today. They must have the highest quality of products and services.
