Original Abstract
The multifunctional pilot unit for removing pollutants from the waste gas was designed. The unit is planned as flexible and mobile device, focusing on implementation of long-term catalysts tests in laboratory and operational environments. The unit can be used to test gas cleaning technology before the investment in new technology, or for short-term and long-term testing of different catalysts types, e.g. for manufacturers of catalysts. It does not exclude its use for research purposes. Primarily the unit is designed to use monolithic catalysts for the removal of various pollutants, but it is possible to test the sprinkled catalysts with fixed catalytic bed. The unit will also follow up the INTEQ II unit - already implemented pilot unit for testing of filtration sleeves and ceramic filter candles, which increases the variability of installed equipment used already for gases purification.
