Příspěvek se zabývá velmi aktuálním tématem energetického hodnocení, certifikace a zelenými budovami ve specifické oblasti jihovýchodní Asie. K podrobnějšímu zkoumání byla vybrána Malajsie, která má jako jedna z mála zemí tohoto regionu se zelenými budovami zkušenosti

English abstract

The paper presents the actual topic of green buildings, its evaluation and certification in a very specific region of Southeast Asia. The Malaysia is presented due to the large experience in green building industry and building certification within the region.
