Abstract

Software je určený na spracovanie intervalov RR za účelom analýzy variability srdcového rytmu (HRV) pomocou Poincarého grafu. Okrem samotného znázornenia grafu vypočítava kvantifikačné parametre SD1, SD2, SDRR ako aj CCM (Complex Correlation Measure). Umožňuje tiež vyhodnotiť Poincarého graf pomocou SPPA (Segmented Poincaré Plot Analysis) formou farebne kódovanej mapy pravdepodobností výskytu bodov Poincarého grafu v jednotlivých bunkách aproximovanej mriežky a pomocou matice obsahujúcej sumu pravdepodobností jednotlivých riadkov a stĺpcov spomínanej mapy. Software bol zhotovený v prostredí Matlab.

Abstract in English

This software is designed for making use of RR intervals to analyze heart rate variability with the aid of the Poincare plot. Apart from the representation of the graph, the software also calculates the quantification parameters SD1, SD2, SDRR and CMM (Complex Correlation Measure). It also allows to evaluate the Poincare plot using SPPA (Segmented Poincaré Plot Analysis), displaying a color-coded map of probabilities of occurrences of Poincaré plot points in individual cells of an approximated grid and by calculating a matrix containing sums of probabilities of individual rows and columns of the map. The software was created in Matlab.
