Original Abstract

Na základě zadání zadavatele byla provedena kompeltní analýza deformací vakuové pumpy. Analýza spočívala v modelování pomocí MPK a měření teplotních polí a přetvoření na reálné vakuové pumpě. Cílem byl návrh nového uspořádání v oblasti ložisek, kde docházelo vlivem ohřívání k nadměrnému opotřebení a destrukci ložisek.

English abstract

Based on the assignment of authority, the complete analysis of the deformation of the vacuum pump was performed. The analysis consisted of modeling using FEM and temperature and strain meassurement at a real vacuum pump. The aim was the suggestion of a new arrangement in the region of bearings where the wear and destruction of the bearings occurred due to excessive heating.
