Original Abstract

The castings from carborundum-baddeleyide ceramics are used as a refractory and wear resistant material. The paper deals with the research of technological and foundry parameters and chemical macroheterogeneity of castings from this ceramics. The results of the corundum-badelleyite ceramics using for liquid carbon steel filtration have also been discussed.
