Original Abstract

This article presents a short overview of methods for evaluating hygrothermal behaviour of building components due to technical standards implementation. Some of methods implement simplified approach and some are trying to point out the problem in detail. Paper presents the main difference between various approaches. Base case calculation of external building wall is tested by using of TRY for Slovak locations. The results from analysed quasi-stationary and dynamic methods are finally presented.
