Software

Software slouží k simulaci komprimovaného snímání perfúzních dat v MRI (využívané v medicíně pro diagnózu kardiovaskulárních a onkologických onemocnění) a k následné rekonstrukci těchto dat s využitím L+S modelu (ten vychází z předpokladu, že skutečná data jsou součtem matice s nízkou hodností a matice řídké ve spektru po řádcích). V samotném softwaru lze perfúzní data jednak vygenerovat a také nahrát reálná naměřená data plného rozlišení. Obsahuje rovněž funkce pro generování měřicích masek, rekonstrukční algoritmus či exportování výsledků do .avi formátu.

The software is used to simulate the compressed sensing MRI perfusion data (used in medicine for diagnosis of cancer and cardiovascular diseases) and subsequent reconstruction of these data using the L+S model (which is based on the assumption that the actual data can be written as the sum of a matrix of low rank and sparse matrix in the spectrum of the rows). The software itself can generate perfusion data on the one hand and the real measured data upload full resolution. It also contains functions for generating measuring masks reconstruction algorithm or exporting the results to .avi format.
