Original Abstract

Jedná se o střed dvou osobních vozidel Passat a Golf. Dle výpovědi svědků vozidlo Passat přejelo v pravotočivé zatáčce do protisměru, kde se čelně střetlo s vozidlem Golf. Při řešení dopravní nehody bylo zjištěna vzájemná nekorespondence poškození vozidel. Ve znaleckém posudku byl řešen pohyb vozidla Passat před střetem, střet vozidel a postřetový pohyb vozidel. V průběhu řešení bylo zjištěno, že se může jednat o pojistný podvod.

English abstract

In addressing the accident was discovered mutual nekorespondence vehicle damage.
