Original Abstract

V příspěvku je prezentována nová nepopsaná varianta pražského groše Václava IV. tzv. atypické řady z nálezu pod zříceninou hradu v Kostomlatech pod Milešovkou. Na základě nálezových okolností, historických událostí a srovnáním s prameny a odbornou literaturou se autoři pokouší ztrátu mince časově zařadit do kontextu doby. Následuje popis nové varianty tohoto groše a materiálová analýza.

English abstract

A new non-described variety of the Prague grossus of the so-called atypical series struck under Wenceslas IV found below the ruins of the castle in Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou is presented in the article. Based on the finding context, historical events and comparison with the written sources and literature, the article tries to classify the coin in the contemporary historical context. Description of this new variety of the grossus and metal analysis are attached.
