Original Abstract

Příspěvek přináší komplexní analýzu stavebně technického stavu objektu smuteční síně v Brně-Židenicích architekta Ivana Rullera od jeho uvedení do provozu v roce 1983 přes situaci v době uzavření v roce 2007 až po současnost. Na základě terénního výzkumu a studia znaleckých posudků vzniklých v průběhu jednání o osudu realizace formuluje příčiny vedoucí k degradaci objektu, které sleduje jak z technického, tak ze společenského hlediska. Vzhledem k tomu, že nedošlo k statickému narušení budovy, nastiňuje její budoucnost spočívající v možnosti rekonstrukce a znovuuvedení do provozu.

English abstract

The text brings a complex analysis of a technical state of the mourning hall in Brno-Židenice designed by architect Ivan Ruller when it was put in operation in 1983, when it was closed in 2007 and in the present. Based on field research and careful study of expert opinions that emerged during a series of negotiation about the future of the building, the author formulates reasons for its degradation both from technical and social perspective. With respect to the fact that the statics of the building has not been defected, Chybík also outlines its future perspectives such as reconstruction and renewed operation.
