Original Abstract

Úkolem tohoto revizního znaleckého posudku bylo provést komplexní analýzu nehodového děje a přezkoumat znalecký posudek z oboru doprava, odvětví silniční a městská a zodpovědět uvedené otázky položené soudem. Na vznik a průběh předmětné nehody je možno usuzovat z fotodokumentace nehody, rozsahu a způsobu poškození vozidla, zranění chodce, z korespondence poškození x zranění a z výpovědi řidiče.

English abstract

The task of this topic was to analyze the course of traffic accident and examine expert opinion in the field of transport, the road and the city and answer the questions put by the Court. The origin and course of the accident in question can be inferred from the photos of the accident, extent and manner of vehicle damage, pedestrian injuries, damage to the correspondence x wounds and testimony driver.
