Original Abstract

Estimating large-scale disaster damages is a difficult task since there is usually no up-to-date data on the value of property in the target area. For this purpose, it is necessary to have at disposal a methodology enabling estimation of potential damages/losses caused to real property as well as allowing quick estimation of real property value in the target area.
