Original Abstract

Expert study widely analyzed, consistently evaluates and describes in detail the current state of the Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons Convention in the Czech Republic. This situation is fundamentally influenced and regulated by the national act and its executive decree. National legislative standards then consistently based on the Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons from 1972. State supervision over this area is performed by the State Office for Nuclear Safety, Prague.
