Přednáška prezentuje odborné i laické veřejnosti nejčastější vady a příčiny těchto vad v proefsi vzduchotechnika. Posluchače seznamuje pochopitelnou formou s problematikou projektu a realizace vzduchotechnických zařízení v rámci procesu výstavby z pohledu znalce. Nosným tématem je tlak na cenu projekčních prací a tlak na cenu při dodávce jednotlivých komponentů vzduchotechniky. Stěžejním faktorem a příčinou je problematika výběrových řízení podle zákona 137/2006Sb. a stím související někdy až nepochopitelné cenové hladiny vítěze souteže a následné někdy až nepochopitelné chyby v projektu a při jeho následné realizaci.

The paper presents professional and general public the most common defects and causes of these defects in the profession ventilation. Introduces listeners understandable to the problems of the project and implementation of HVAC equipment within the building process from the perspective of an expert. The main theme is pressure on the price of design work and cost pressure in the supply of individual components of air. Another crucial factor is the cause and issue tenders under Act 137 / 2006Sb. a related but substituting sometimes incomprehensible price level contest winners and subsequent sometimes incomprehensible errors in the project and its subsequent implementation.
