Original Abstract
This work was focused on determination of selected musk compounds in real samples of wastewater (influent and effluent) from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) Brno-Modřice (Czech Republic). Four representatives of linear musk compounds and two of polycyclic musk compounds were selected for the monitoring. At first, optimization of selected method was performed and then this method was used for determination. Analytes were isolated from samples by solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The identification and quantification of analytes was carried out by gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
