Original Abstract

Some methods of predicting, for example of foreign exchanges, are based on neural nets or mathematical models. The undersigned method deals with prediction based on fuzzy logics, though the main goal is not rest upon concrete prediction of exchange rates, but upon algorithms making, which serves for knowledge base aggregates generating. Those are than processed by fuzzy expert system. Generated knowledge bases are, in the last delivery, submitted to optimalization of exchange rates development history, that is for determinating its optimal length, like ascertaing error of measurement upon difference of several input parameters. The result of the optimalization can, to a large extent, eliminate errors on knowledge base making and consequently increase credibility of prediction.
