Original Abstract
This paper presents the results obtained from experiments of two-dimensional unsteady and steady flow of water in a porous homogeneous isotropic soil. Planar and rotational symmetrical flow is described as well. The front of infiltrated water during flow was detected using a digital video camera and a photographic camera and the resulting photographs were compared with the fields of electrical resistance measured by a Z-meter III device.
