Original Abstract

The following article investigates the changes in frequency domain during setting of alkali-activated slag specimens with carbon nanotubes and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as additive to reduce microcracking. Two acoustic nondestructive methods were used to confirm the results. The presence of carbon nanotubes resulted in grater material strength, whereas the presence of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose reduced the microcraking.
