Original Abstract

Tento článek prezentuje výsledky zkoušek injektážních směsí na bázi montmoriloniticko ilitického jílu Ge a popílků z vysokoteplotního a fluidního spalování. Tyto suroviny jsou dávkovány v různých poměrech. Pro možné posouzení vhodnosti jílů a materiálů, které se pro injekční směsi použijí, je potřeba stanovit a znát jejich hlavní parametry. Nejvyšší požadavky jsou kladeny na konzistenci směsi, která rozhoduje o následné úspěšnosti sanace z pohledu vyplnění všech nespojitostí a kaveren injektovaným materiálem. Na vytvořených injektážních směsích byla stanovena mez tekutosti dle Vasilieva a viskozita směsi v Marsh kuželi. Dále byla provedena zkouška pevnosti v tlaku. Stanovení pevnostních parametrů je pro tento druh využití materiálu spíše doprovodné. Jedná se pouze o potřebu zachovat soudržnost a pevnosti injektované zeminy. Pro zjištění stability injektážní směsi bylo pozorováno celkové smrštění směsi.

English abstract

This article presents the results of tests of grouting mixtures based on montmorillonit illitic Ge clay and fly ash from fluidized bed combustion and high temperature combustion. These raw materials were dosed with various proportions. The highest requirements are imposed on the consistency of the mix, which decides on the subsequent success of rehabilitation in terms of filling all voids and discontinuities of injected material. The produced grouting mixtures was determined by liquid limit by Vasiliev and viscosity by Marsh cone. As a further tests were performed compressive strength. Determination of strength parameters for this kind of use of the material is rather supporting. This is only for a maintain the coherence and strength of grouted soil. For determination of the stability of the grout was observed total shrinkage of the mixture.
