Original Abstract

Paper deals with possibility to use six sigma methodology within building process. There will be focused usage in regards of building industry specifics comparing to standard production (production not on one place, additional influences like weather, etc.). There will be highlighted possible modification of six sigma methodology and its tools for achieving of productivity and performance improvement of building processes, especially focused on different six sigma tools.
