The Development of Modern Management in Cyberspace of ICT Usage

The paper presents, on the basis of the principles of systemic understanding of the real environment, options of expressing information and cyber system as a basis for the description of classical "control and communication in living and non-living organisms". On this basis it is expressed a cybernetic space (cyberspace) as an environment where you can systematically seek new development opportunities of classical management and on the other hand describe modern means of technical cybernetics (represented by information and communication technology - ICT). The dynamic conception of the project allows solving specific tasks: reducing interface between the social and technical environment and in that research integrating both environments seeking productive modern management with new intelligent agents
