Original Abstract
Energy performance of buildings is the essential parameter for their classification and optimization. If everything is placed in the design process of the project, it is possible to achieve economies of scale as the design of the present object so in case of any further use. Our paper focuses on the analysis of different simulation tools. By comparison enter both commonly used programs, such as 3D drawing program using BIM (Building Information Model). From the group of instruments using quasi-stationary method was chosen one of the most used software for calculating energy performance in the Czech construction practice "Energie 2013", and internationally well-known tool "PHPP" specially designed for calculations of passive houses. The representative of the dynamic simulation programs was chosen "TRNSYS" and from CAD systems, which provide simulation of energy behavior, was chosen software Archicad 17.
