Original Abstract

Studium možností náhrady nadouvadel na bázi fluoru recykláty fluorovaných polymerů. Etapa čís. 1 zahájena literární rešerší na toto téma. Byly studovány vlastnosti zejména perfluorovaných aditiv a nadouvadel, která mohou být připravena řízenou degradací odpadu PTFE. Kriticky byly posouzeny možnosti jejich výroby. Byl vytvořen předběžný návrh na realizaci laboratorní aparatury pro řízenou degradaci PTFE a následnou dimeraci vzniklého hexafluorpropenu. Byl posouzena toxicita možných vedlejších produktů a rizika s tím spojená.

English abstract

The study of possibilities of replacing fluorine based foaming agents by recycled fluorinated polymers. The stage No. 1 started by literature overview on this theme.There were studied properties mainly perfluorinated additives and foaming agents that might be prepared by the aid of controlled degradation of PTFE waste.The possibilites of their production were critically overviewed. It was created a preliminary proposal for realisation of a laboratory apparatus suitable for controlled degradation of PTFE and following dimerisation of hexafluoropropene being produced. There was evaluated toxicity of possible side products as well as risks bringing about.
